Apparently, my dreams of becoming a professional blogger are dashed. I've been told I stink! I know they are right. I always forget my camera and then once I do take pictures I don't get them posted quick enough. I will try to be better. Anyway, back in November we had a major winter event. IT SNOWED!!!! Schools were delayed for 2 hours. This picture was in the paper the next day. Those of you with feet of snow already, don't roll your eyes. We are southerners and proud of it.
We got Jason up to get ready for school and discovered this wonderland in our front yard. He was excited!
He quickly ran in the bedroom and woke Aubrey up to show her the miracle that had happened outside. So at about 7:00 am, my children dawned snow gear and out they went to play.
Aubrey, of course, is wearing her snow suit that is about 2 sizes too small. The legs hit her about mid calf, but the boots covered most of the rest of the exposed skin.
And of course this wouldn't have been complete with out a snow angel in the 1/2 inch snow. We have to enjoy it while we can. All the snow melted by 1:00 and Aubrey was very upset. She asked me "Mom, where did the snow pisappear?" We are anxiously waiting for more white stuff.

They are so cute. Daimen was wearing his snow suit that is 18 months the other day. Its preatty sad he still fits in it, with the tiny side effect of a major wedgie! I wish you guys were coming out for Christmas! We will miss you tonz!
